Fertility & Preconception Care
Personalized support for fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery.
What I commonly see
Reproductive care isn't one moment in time, it's a path that unfolds over months and stages. Whether you're preparing to conceive, working through a diagnosis, moving through IVF, pregnant, or recovering after birth, my goal is to understand what's happening in your body and support it as well as possible at every step. This is work I care about deeply, both professionally and personally.

My Approach
Fertility is rarely about one thing, and it's rarely about one person. I look at the whole picture—cycles, hormones, thyroid, metabolism, nutrition, stress, and the health of both partners to find what might be standing in the way.
Egg and sperm quality can be influenced in the months before conception, which means the work we do now shapes the road ahead. That's why preconception care matters so much: it's a window to address the things that are often overlooked before you start trying, or before your next cycle with a clinic.
Whether you're conceiving naturally or moving through IVF or IUI, my aim is the same—to prepare your body thoughtfully and make sure nothing is being missed.
What to know
Starting early makes
a difference.
Egg and sperm quality can be shaped in the months leading up to conception, so beginning preconception work before you start trying gives us the most to work with. That said, it's never too late to start, and meaningful work can happen at any stage.
The best fertility care
is collaborative.
I can lead your preconception and natural fertility care, and coordinate closely with your fertility clinic when assisted reproduction is part of the path. I don't perform IVF or IUI, but I work alongside the reproductive endocrinologist who does. During pregnancy, my care is always alongside your OB or midwife, never in place of it.
I'll always be
honest with you.
Fertility is complex, and I won't overpromise. Sometimes the path includes assisted reproduction, and that isn't a failure it's one more tool. My role is to support you and your body at every step.
